My name is Tallulah and I have been reading your forum for a few weeks now and decided to try and post something of worth when I can. Interesting name ghostchild? I have felt like one of those most my life and still do most of the time!

Things are really spicing up here in Canada....but I suspect not for the original people of Mother Earth? I hope to enjoy this fire and learn much from those Elders here, if they are willing to share and in some way be of help or share what I can in return! Thanks again, Prairyearth for your assistance! It is time the people stand up and acknowledge what has alwas been the "Peoples!" I look forward to much sharing and would be more than honored and humbled to speak with you....any of you in a good way and with an open mind and heart!

Then I take it that my being of "mixed blood" is not a problem at this fire? As I have been at a few where it is less than hospitable? I think my correct term should have been a "ghostmutt?" there is a bit of this and a bit of that in my blood!

But, as I have been instructed, "It is all good!" One learns from all things the good the bad and yes, even the ugliest things of life!

hello as well, i tend to always feel like a noob around here, but others know better.

i just thought i'd say hello and greetings.

i have been a bit busy myself, i'm still hoping i have hot running water before the new year.
it's something that i've yet to experience here, as i've had to depend on rides to town to keep clean on a weekly basis. time will tell that tale, all i can say now for sure is that my hot water tank is ready to go, and my tub still needs to be installed.

i recently returned from Cuba. I was fortunate enough to have gone there too. all i'll say at this time is that at least one security guy at the resort did receive a copy of Thomas King's Green Grass, Running Water.
